Currently you can place order via our website. Be sure to check which items are currently in or out of stock.

How long does it take to produce made to order item?
Made to order items are produced within 2-3 weeks based on our production capacity.
Our customer care team will always notify you via email regarding order processing.
What should I do if the product I want is out of stock?
When looking at a product on GILIATH website, you may find that is it not available to order as marked “Out of stock”.
I “Notify my when available” button appears, you will received by email information, that product is back on stock. This button do not function as reservation and cannot guarantee availability.

Do my items have a warranty?
All purchased products have standard guarantee of 2 years. However all products come with specific design for usage and instructions of care. Please kindly follow them in order to keep your products in best shape.

We offer return policy of 14 days for order made via our web site.

Easiest way to return products is to fill out sample cover letter and send it together with products.

How long does it take for my refund to be issued?
Refund will be issued in 14 days since receiving of returned products.
Please note that returned products must be in perfect condition and properly packed. Packaging manual
Otherwise refunds will not be accepted.
Can I return made to order item?
We do not offer exchange or return for made to order items.

If the package was not shipped yet, you can contact our customer care and ask for change of delivery address.

Will I be affected by customs cost?
As products are shipped from our production facility in Czechia, EU. Export to other countries may be liable to customs tarif. Customs duty falls on behalf of buyer. Our customer care can provide information regarding customs or tarif based on orders case by case, do not hesitate to contact us.
