Packages will be always wrapped in foil to protect products from external influences.
Any visible damage to packaging with impact on product must be immediately reported to shipping company. In case of help contact our customer care.
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of reception on return address stated below.
Please note that all returned products must be packaged as described in our packaging manual (see Returns and Refunds PDF below).

All returned packaging must be wrapped in foil to avoid damage from weather conditions (moisture, rain, snow). Please note that unwrapped and damaged packages will not be accepted.
